RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the moment your sacred item arrives to request a return. This window reflects our commitment to fairness and trust within the GXNG.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be initiated by contacting us at d3mongxng@g-menez.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for the journey back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted into the sanctuary.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS Inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will correct any dishonor done to your order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized orders

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out. We will walk you through it with honor and clarity.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL If your order was shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Item must be returned in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
